12. Copyright Infringement Claims
The Research Foundation respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. 14. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws

The Research Foundation will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability or demand, and will provide you with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage or cost.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and the Research Foundation regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
